Ethan Jackson
Welcome to my website, I joined Microsoft Research in July, 2007 after completing my PhD at the Institute for Software Integrated Systems (ISIS) within the Vanderbilt University EECS department. My research focus is the development of new model-based techniques for software systems. I am particularly interested in formal methods and tool architectures for rapidly constructing domain-specific modeling languages (DSMLs) and transforming between DSMLs. Since I have joined MSR, I have been looking at new domain-specific abstractions for cloud computing. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
