I am a Research SDE in
the Search Quality & Cyber-Intelligence Lab in the Internet
Service Research Center (ISRC) at Microsoft
Research.
I completed my Ph.D. in
the College of Computing at Georgia Institute of Technology in December
2005. My Ph.D. dissertation was on the dynamic configuration of advanced
network services under the supervision of Professor Mostafa H. Ammar.
During my Ph.D. program, I also worked on network security and privacy issues,
some of which led to the development of Crypto-PAn. Between middle 2004 to early 2005, I worked
as a co-op in IBM T. J. Watson
Research Center in the System Performance and Optimization Group directed
by Dr.
Zhen Liu. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, I received my B.S. and M.S.
degrees in Computer Science from the Peking University,
Beijing, China.
